Insight
Lead acquisition media with creator variants; reserve brand voice for retention
channels only — email, app push, loyalty.
Creator-led variants peak at the second exposure and lose a third of their predicted CTR by
the eighth. Brand voice starts lower but holds steady, so the gap closes at roughly six exposures.

Insight
Cap creator variants at three impressions per person and rotate in a fresh cut; the media
plan should budget for two creator refreshes across the flight.
